Gymnastics Classes

We offer a variety of classes to fit the needs of children of any age and skill level in a supportive environment to learn gymnastics and have fun doing it. In our recreational and preschool classes, students learn to overcome fear, negative thoughts and physical challenges while gaining strength, coordination, self-confidence and mental focus.

Parent and Me - Tiny Flyers $50 (45 Min.)

Tiny Flyers is a parent and me type class for ages 24 months-3 years (child must be walking).  You will explore with your child their physical development using music, movement and skill introduction. This is a hands-on class for you and your child. You will be assisting your child with each of the activities, great parent child bonding time.

Preschool 3 - $50 (45 Min.)

Child must be at least 3, and able to be in class by themselves, but not yet in Kindergarten. These children will explore their own physical development using music, movement and skill development. They will me introduced to the basic skills and equipment used in gymnastics.

Preschool 4-5 - $60 (60 Min.)

This class is for Ages 4-5. These children will explore their own physical development using music, movement and skill development. They will be introduced to the basic skills and equipment used in gymnastics.

Super Stars - $145 (1 1/2 Hours. 2 Days a Week)

INVITATION ONLY. This invite only class is for Ages 4-5, is  1 1/2 hour class 2 days a week (the 2 days are mandatory) which is taught by our team coaching staff.  This class is for those who have mastered the preschool curriculum.  

Hot Shots - $155 (2 Hours. 2 Days a Week)

INVITATION ONLY. This invite only class is for Ages 4-6, is 2 hour class 2 days a week (the 2 days are mandatory) which is taught by our team coaching staff.  Formal evaluations are done annually to check for possible advancement into our competitive teams with periodic evaluations in between to show progress. Children are split by age to ensure proper instruction for their level of learning.  

Flyers I - $60 (1 Hour)

This beginning class that will introduce your young gymnast to all aspects of gymnastics from floor to balance beam, uneven bars and vault. Formal evaluations are done in annually to check for possible advancement, with periodic evaluations in between to show progress. Children are split by age to ensure proper instruction for their level of learning.

Flyers II - $85 (1 1/2 Hours)

Prerequisite to this class is Ages 5+ passing Flyers 1 or being evaluated into Flyers 2. This intermediate class will build on the skills learned in Flyers 1. Formal evaluations are done in annually to check for possible advancement, with periodic evaluations in between to show progress. Children are split by skill level to ensure proper instruction for their level of learning.

Flyers III - $105 (2 Hours)

Prerequisite to this class is Ages 5+ passing Flyers 2 or being evaluated into Flyers 3. This advanced class will build on the skills learned in Flyers 2. Formal evaluations are done in annually to check for possible advancement, with periodic evaluations in between to show progress. Children are split by skill level to ensure proper instruction for their level of learning.

Home School - $50 (1 Hour)

This is a class designed to fit the needs of our Home-Schooled Families.  Daytime classes are offered in a quiet gym setting altered to fit each child's individual skill level.  For more information, please call 704-866-0040 to speak to one of our team coaches or owners.
