Gymnastics

We offer a variety of classes to fit the needs of children of any age and skill level in a supportive environment to learn gymnastics and have fun doing it. In our recreational and preschool classes, students learn to overcome fear, negative thoughts and physical challenges while gaining strength, coordination, self-confidence and mental focus.

Parkour

Come check out this cool new workout. Parkour focuses on rational movement in both the natural and urban environments. The focus is to move around obstacles with speed and efficiency. Developed in France, the main purpose of the discipline is to teach participants how to move through their environment by vaulting, rolling, running, climbing and jumping. Parkour practitioners are known as Traceurs. They train to be able to identify and utilize alternate, more efficient paths. Parkour can be practiced anywhere, but areas dense with obstacles offer many training opportunities. First In Flight is home to the best Parkour coaching and training in the region.  Students have two different opportunities to practice in a safe environment.  Saturday mornings offer a structured instruction and Wednesday evenings offer a less-structured open environment.  View Schedule for class days and times to work out with us.

Summer Camp - $125 per week / $30 per day *(sibling discount offered)

Don't miss out on our EXCITING Summer Camp!!  Committed to enriching our student’s minds and bodies through FUN activities! We have a private room for crafts, lunch, snacks, and educational materials.  We have lots of physical and academic activities as well as field trips planned. * There will be a $25.00 Registration Fee and One-Time Activity Fee to cover the cost of field trips.  Students enrolled in gymnastics program are eligible for a weekly discount.  Please see the front desk for more information.

After School Care - $55 per week

First in Flight offers an afterschool care program that follows a similar curriculum as our summer care program. It includes school pickup in our certified safety school bus. Private afterschool care room for daily homework time, snacks, fitness, arts and crafts. Currently offering pickup from PCCS=E, Robinson, Gaston Day, Hawks Nest, WA Bess, Chapel Grove, New Hope and school bus drop off from Forest Heights and Southwest Middle. (School pick up based on number of kids attending from each school).  Please review our Afterschool Application.

Parties

First in Flight Gymnastics offers the best Birthday party in Gastonia. Our State of the art 27,000 square foot facility will give your child a birthday to remember. Spend time in our gym climbing our ropes, or playing in our 728 square foot foam pit. After that retreat to your own private party room for cake and presents. Fun Gym

Fun Gym is open to the community to provide children (ages 4 and up) and teenagers a fun and safe place to spend their Friday night. You can come bounce on our trampoline, jump in our pit, play fun games, or just hang out with friends. We will be providing movies on a 60 inch BIG screen TV and there will also be music to make your Friday night fun and exciting. Parents you are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun or you can use this opportunity for a night out with out the kids.
